I grew up in Indiana, Pennsylvania and went to college at Penn State University, where I majored in psychology. I went to library school at the University of Pittsburgh and went to work at Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh. I’ve worked there for seventeen years!

I belong to a critique group led by Sally Hobart Alexander . It was Sally who introduced me to my wonderful agent at BookStop Literary Agency.
